These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Echo Love ("the Service"), a blog post to audio conversion service operated by Echo Love ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Echo Love provides a platform that converts blog posts, articles, and other textual content into audio format using custom voice profiles. Users can upload voice samples to create personalized voice profiles and submit URLs or text content to be processed into audio files for personal consumption.
By uploading voice samples to Echo Love ("the Service"), you represent and warrant that: 1. You are either the owner of the voice being uploaded or have obtained explicit written consent from the individual whose voice is being uploaded. 2. You grant Echo Love a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use the voice data solely for the purpose of providing the voice synthesis service to you. 3. You acknowledge that uploading voice samples of public figures, celebrities, or other individuals without proper authorization may constitute a violation of their publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections. 4. You will not upload voice samples obtained through deceptive, coercive, or unauthorized means. 5. You understand that voice data may be considered biometric information in some jurisdictions and subject to additional legal protections. Echo Love does not claim ownership of the voice samples you upload, but we require these rights to provide the Service.
Echo Love provides a service that allows users to convert written content into spoken audio using custom voice profiles. With respect to this functionality: 1. **Content Rights**: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to convert any textual content (including blogs, articles, books, or other written material) into audio format. This may require permission from the copyright holder or reliance on fair use/fair dealing principles. 2. **Generated Audio**: The audio files generated through our Service represent a transformation of the original content. Echo Love does not claim ownership of the intellectual property embodied in the generated audio, but we do not guarantee that the generation of such audio constitutes fair use or is otherwise permitted under applicable copyright laws. 3. **Non-Commercial Use Recommendation**: Unless you have explicit permission from the copyright holder, we strongly recommend limiting your use of the Service to non-commercial, personal consumption of the generated audio. 4. **No Legal Advice**: Echo Love does not provide legal advice regarding fair use or copyright. If uncertain about your rights to convert specific content, please consult with a legal professional. 5. **DMCA Compliance**: Echo Love complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that material accessible via the Service infringes your copyright, you may notify us in accordance with our Copyright Policy. Echo Love reserves the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some features of Echo Love may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
Echo Love takes the privacy and security of voice data very seriously. With respect to voice data: 1. **Biometric Data**: Voice samples may be considered biometric data in certain jurisdictions and are treated with appropriate security measures. 2. **Processing Purpose**: Voice data you upload is processed solely for the purpose of creating a voice profile that can be used to generate audio content at your request. 3. **Data Retention**: Your voice data and derived voice profiles will be retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. You may request deletion of your voice data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. 4. **No Training Usage**: Echo Love will not use your uploaded voice samples or derived voice profiles to train or improve our voice synthesis technology without your explicit consent. 5. **No Third-Party Sharing**: We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your voice data with any third party except as required to provide the Service or as required by law. 6. **Security Measures**: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect voice data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. You retain the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your voice data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
You agree not to use the Echo Love voice synthesis service: 1. To impersonate another individual with the intent to deceive, defraud, or harm others. 2. To generate audio content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities. 3. To circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of the Service. 4. To generate content that may be considered political campaign material without appropriate disclosures regarding the synthetic nature of the audio. 5. For robocalling, spam, or unsolicited communications of any kind. 6. To create audio that deliberately misrepresents the statements or opinions of any individual whose voice has been simulated. 7. To create or distribute deepfakes or other synthetic media that might reasonably deceive a person about the source of the content. Echo Love reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions and may report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Echo Love and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The audio content generated from third-party textual content remains subject to the original copyright holder's rights. By using our Service to convert content you did not create, you affirm that you have the right to access and listen to such content in audio format or that such use constitutes fair use under applicable copyright law.
By submitting content for conversion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize us to use the content in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. You may not use the Service to process content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Echo Love supports responsible use of voice synthesis technology. Therefore: 1. **Metadata Inclusion**: All audio files generated through our Service include metadata indicating they were created using artificial voice synthesis technology. 2. **Required Disclosures**: In jurisdictions that legally require disclosure of synthetic or AI-generated content, you are responsible for providing all legally required notices, labels, or disclosures when sharing or distributing audio generated through our Service. 3. **Platform Watermarking**: Echo Love may embed digital watermarks or audible indicators in generated audio files to enable identification of synthetically generated content. Attempting to remove these markers is prohibited. 4. **Compliance with Emerging Regulations**: As laws regarding synthetic media and voice synthesis evolve, you agree to comply with any new legal requirements that may arise regarding the labeling, disclosure, or use of synthetic voice content. Failure to comply with applicable synthetic content regulations may result in termination of your account and could expose you to legal liability in your jurisdiction.
Echo Love provides the following disclaimers regarding generated audio content: 1. **No Endorsement**: The generation of audio content using a particular voice profile does not imply endorsement, approval, or participation by the individual whose voice characteristics are being simulated. 2. **Not Original Recordings**: Generated audio files are synthetic reproductions and not original recordings of any individual speaking the text content. 3. **Disclosure Recommendation**: We strongly recommend that if you share or distribute any audio generated through our Service, you clearly disclose that the audio was artificially generated and identify Echo Love as the technology provider. 4. **Quality Limitations**: While we strive to provide high-quality voice synthesis, the Service may not perfectly reproduce all aspects of human speech, including emotion, inflection, or pronunciation of certain words or phrases. 5. **Content Accuracy**: Echo Love does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any textual content submitted for audio conversion. The audio output will reflect whatever text is provided, including any errors or misrepresentations in that text. Echo Love is not responsible for any consequences arising from others' perception of generated audio as authentic speech from the individual whose voice characteristics have been simulated.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Echo Love, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: 1. Your violation of these Terms of Service. 2. Your upload or use of voice samples for which you do not have proper rights or authorization. 3. Your use of the Service to generate audio content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal protections. 4. Any claim that content generated through your use of the Service has caused harm to a third party. This indemnification provision shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. Our processing of personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We only retain data as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
We process and store the content you submit for conversion. This content is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or alteration. By using our Service, you acknowledge that data transmitted over the internet is never completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some regions restrict the creation of synthetic voices without consent or impose specific requirements for synthetic media. 2. **Age Restrictions**: Users must be at least 18 years old to upload voice samples. Voice samples of minors may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian with appropriate consent documentation. 3. **Changing Landscape**: Laws regarding voice rights, synthetic media, and biometric data are evolving rapidly. Echo Love will make reasonable efforts to update our policies as laws change, but you remain responsible for your compliance with local laws. 4. **Jurisdiction-Specific Terms**: Depending on your location, additional terms may apply to your use of the Service. Any jurisdiction-specific terms will be provided to you based on your location. 5. **Export Compliance**: You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Service. If Echo Love becomes aware that providing the Service to you would violate applicable laws, we reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the Service in specific jurisdictions.
In no event shall Echo Love, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
In addition to our general termination rights, Echo Love specifically reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe: 1. You have uploaded voice samples without proper authorization or consent. 2. You are using the Service to impersonate others in a misleading or harmful manner. 3. You are generating content that violates our Prohibited Uses policy. 4. Your use of the Service has resulted in complaints from individuals whose voices have been simulated or copyright holders whose content has been converted. 5. You are using generated audio for purposes that could reasonably be expected to cause confusion about whether the audio represents authentic speech. Upon termination for these reasons, Echo Love will permanently delete all voice data and profiles associated with your account. You may appeal a termination decision by contacting our support team with evidence that your use complies with these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Echo Love is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
